A Wonderful Christmas Story of Dedication, Grit, and Determination

A Wonderful Christmas Story of Dedication, Grit, and Determination

Christmas is a time of joy, love, and celebration. It is also a time when we reflect on the past year and the people who have made a difference in our lives. This year, we want to share a heartwarming story of dedication, grit, and determination that took place at Believers Church Medical College (BCMC) in Vellore.

Dr. Lovely Titus, a Senior Critical Care Consultant at BCMC, was faced with a difficult situation when her mother fell sick and was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Lovely and her family were by her mother's side for over three weeks, caring for her and providing emotional support.

During this time, Dr. Lovely's mother underwent surgery, which was performed by Dr. Rojin Abraham and his team. Despite the challenging circumstances, Dr. Rojin and his team did an excellent job, and the patient's condition began to improve.

However, Dr. Lovely's mother's condition was still critical, and she needed specialized care. After several prolonged, prayerful discussions, Dr. Rojin and Dr. Philip Mathew, another critical care specialist, decided that it would be best for Dr. Lovely's mother to be transferred to BCMC in Vellore. This would make it easier for Dr. Lovely to be by her mother's side and provide the care she needed.

By God's grace, the patient is doing well, and this is evident in the photograph taken on Christmas Day in Dr. Lovely's home in CMC. The image shows Dr. Lovely's mother smiling and surrounded by her loving family.

We want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Rojin Abraham and his team, as well as Dr. Philip Mathew and his team, for their dedication, grit, and determination in providing the best possible care for Dr. Lovely's mother. Their hard work and commitment to their patients are truly inspiring, and we are grateful for their service.

This Christmas, let us remember the importance of love, compassion, and care for our loved ones. Let us also remember the healthcare professionals who work tirelessly to save lives and make a difference in the lives of others. We are grateful for their service and dedication, and we hope that this story will inspire others to show their appreciation and support for these heroes.

In conclusion, this Christmas story is a reminder of the power of love, compassion, and determination in overcoming adversity. We are grateful for the excellent care provided by Dr. Rojin Abraham and his team, as well as Dr. Philip Mathew and his team, and we wish Dr. Lovely's mother a speedy and full recovery. We also want to thank Dr. Lovely for her dedication and commitment to her family and her patients.

We hope that this story will inspire others to show their appreciation and support for healthcare professionals who work tirelessly to save lives and make a difference in the lives of others. Let us continue to pray for their strength and resilience as they face the challenges ahead.

From all of us at Believers Church Medical College, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. May this holiday season bring joy, love, and peace to your hearts and homes.
