A patient with a massive retroperitoneal tumor underwent a complex and highly challenging surgery on May 28th and is being discharged today. This case stands out due to several extraordinary factors: Key Features of the Case Huge Size The tumor was notably large, making the surgical procedure exceptionally difficult. Critical Location Positioned in a critical area, the retroperitoneal space, which houses vital structures, added to the complexity.
