A 60-year-old male presented with a highly vascular 2 cm lesion in the Duodenum (D1), diagnosed as a neuroendocrine tumor through biopsy.

🔹 Innovative Approach:
✔ EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) evaluation was performed.
✔ Endoscopic Full Thickness Resection (EFTR) was successfully carried out using the FTRD device under general anesthesia.
✔ The entire lesion was removed, avoiding major surgery and its associated risks.

🔹 Patient Status:
✅ Now stable in the ward, taking oral feeds.
✅ Expected to be discharged tomorrow!
