This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication and meticulous efforts of our entire team.

Reassessment Overview: The reassessment, conducted in accordance with the latest ISO 15189:2022 standard, reaffirms the laboratory's commitment to maintaining the highest standards in patient care and diagnostic services. The assessment encompassed various aspects, including sample collection, testing laboratories, and specialized pathology units.

Key Achievements:

  1. Limited Non-Conformities (NCs): The laboratory exhibited exceptional performance with only 15 non-conformities identified during the reassessment. These will be promptly addressed, demonstrating our commitment to continuous improvement.

  2. Expanded Scope of Accreditation: The laboratory's commitment to growth is evident in the addition of 90 new tests to the scope of accreditation, including Point of Care Testing (POCT) and changes in testing methodologies.

  3. Personnel Changes and Training: Despite the departure of six authorized signatories, the laboratory successfully integrated 15 new authorized signatories. This reflects the resilience of our team and their adaptability to changes. All new signatories have been accepted, ensuring a seamless transition.

  4. Enhanced Equipment and Infrastructure: The laboratory has demonstrated a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology by adding seven new pieces of equipment while removing four. The meticulous records of equipment, along with the orderly space and facilities, reinforce our dedication to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic services.

  5. Quality Management and Internal Audits: The quality management system is robust, supported by regular internal audits conducted in accordance with ISO 15189:2022. This ensures that our processes consistently meet and exceed the required standards.

  6. Acknowledgment of Support Departments: The success of the laboratory's reassessment is a collective effort. We extend our gratitude to the support departments, including Biomedical, HR, Operations, Transportation, and Management, for their unwavering support.
