Integrity in Action: A Shining Example at Believers Church Medical College Hospital

“If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don’t have integrity, nothing else matters.”Alan Simpson

Integrity is not just a word—it is a principle that defines an individual and, by extension, an entire institution. At Believers Church Medical College Hospital (BCMCH), integrity is a core value that we strive to uphold in every aspect of patient care and service.

This principle was beautifully exemplified recently when Ms. Kavya Sajeev, a dedicated member of our Guest Relations team in the Patient Care Service, displayed an extraordinary act of honesty.

A Simple Act, A Profound Message

While on duty, Ms. Kavya found a gold ornament (weighing approximately one sovereign) near the main entrance of the hospital. Without a moment’s hesitation, she did what was right—she immediately handed over the ornament to the Assistant Security Officer.

The following morning, the rightful owners, who had initially lost the ornament in Oachira, came to reclaim it. Thanks to Ms. Kavya’s integrity, they were able to recover their valuable possession without hassle or distress.

Integrity: The Foundation of Our Reputation

An organization’s reputation is built and sustained by the ethical actions of its people. Ms. Kavya Sajeev’s deed is a powerful reminder that honesty and responsibility are more than just expected behaviors—they are a reflection of our core values.

At BCMCH, we believe that true excellence is not just measured by medical advancements or infrastructure but also by the character of our employees. Ms. Kavya’s selfless act inspires all of us to uphold honesty, no matter how small the situation may seem.

A Well-Deserved Recognition

We take great pride in recognizing and celebrating Ms. Kavya Sajeev’s unwavering integrity. Her actions serve as an inspiration for all employees and reinforce the values that BCMCH stands for—honesty, trust, and ethical service.

👏 Congratulations, Ms. Kavya, for setting a shining example! Your act of integrity is a testament to the values we cherish at BCMCH.
