Greetings from the Department of Nephrology. We are delighted to announce the successful completion of a renal transplant surgery today at BCMCH. A 43-year-old woman generously donated her kidney to her 46-year-old husband, marking a significant milestone in their lives and our medical journey.

Post-Surgery Update

Both the donor and the recipient are recovering well post-surgery. The recipient's urine output is currently around 500ml per hour, indicating a positive response to the transplant.
