How a Swift Bus Staff for the emergency health need of a Passenger’s Life

 

A passenger on a KSRTC Swift bus from Thiruvananthapuram to Thrissur experienced a health emergency and was rushed to the hospital by the driver and conductor of the bus. The incident happened on yesterday afternoon, when the passenger, Gayathri (49), an excise officer from Chengannur, felt unwell and collapsed on her seat near Alappuzha.

The driver, Subin Satyan, and the conductor, Deepu Pillai, acted swiftly and decided to take her to the nearest hospital in Thiruvalla. They did not know the way to the hospital, so they used Google Maps to navigate. They managed to reach the hospital in two hours, without any delay or wrong turns.

The hospital staff admitted Gayathri and gave her primary treatment. She recovered and was discharged later. Her family expressed their gratitude to the KSRTC crew for their timely action and care.
